Return and Exchange Policy
At DadMood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help make the process as easy as possible.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must still have the original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made items (such as personalized T-shirts or Tank Tops).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "final sale" or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@dadmood.co with your order number and shipping address. Once we confirm your eligibility, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (return shipping costs will be covered by DadMood).
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. The exchange process is similar to the return process, and we’ll assist you in selecting the right product.
To initiate an exchange, please contact support@dadmood.co with your order number, original shipping address, and the new item you'd like to receive.

Cancellations and Order Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that time, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll work with you to offer a solution, such as a return or store credit.
Shipping Updates
Once your return or exchange request is processed, we’ll update you with shipping and tracking information. Please be aware that return processing may take up to 5 business days after we receive the item(s).
